Bill Latta specializes in land, commercial, commercial investment and leases.  Bill is a CCIM candidate.  Bill graduated from Ripon College and holds a B.S. in business from The University of Colorado in Denver.  Bill is a past Rotarian President, and serves on the Davidson long range planning committee. 

Bill and Terri enjoy their standard poodles, cooking, golf and hiking in the NC mountains.

Terri began her real estate career in 1979 in Tennessee where she co-owned a real estate franchise. During the next 17 years, she was a branch manager for a national real estate company and marketing manager for a national builder in Ohio.  One of Terri's strongest aspects is relocation. She is a member of NAR, past NC Risk Management Committee, past Board of Director of Lake Norman/Huntersville Rotary Club, member of Chamber of Commerce, CCRA.
